do i need to worm my rabbits.... i so confused!!:?:?:?:?

Yes, with panacur. You can get this from your vets and it's one graduation for 2.5kg of rabbit once a day for 9 days. Do this about 3-4 times a year.

It is advisable to worm them 2-4 times a year

how much does it cost? is there none avalible in pets shops as the vets tend to be more expensive

I think it cost me about a tenner. It's not available in pet shops. I get paste, you can get liquid, but I don't know anything about that. The paste you can squeeze onto some food or into their mouth.

oh right thats ok, i'll have to take them to the vets to get weighed anyway. will ring up tomorrow

i feel annoyed at myself for not worming them earlier but has slipped my mind with the nutering and building them a new run and getting a new hutch. I just want to do everything right for my little ones. Feel mad at myself now

Thanks, i will bare that in mind. The first time though im going to need to get them weighed. They are average sized rabbits though

If you have any normal human scales, weigh yourself then pick a bun up and weigh yourself again I have the panacur liquid for puppies and kittens 10% from

I was just going to mention vetuk, i've ordered some from there can i ask how you lot administer it? do you just squirt it down or do you mix with food or something?

I give panacur to my girls on SS pellets. I just spirt it onto the end of it and give it to them.
