what is the cream you put on nails when it's cut a bit too much?

I notice when I use the rotary tool on Bernie that there is a drop of blood. I remember my old vet put some cream on the spot when she cut 1 of my bridge bun's nail. Any1 knows what cream that is?

You use styptic pen that men use when they cut themselves shaving, or you can use a cornflour paste as well

I'd use the styptic pencil, they should be available in good pharmacies.

Yes, cornflour is a good standby.

Always good to have a standby because let's be honest here....they look like they'll bleed to death if you cut too short!! :shock:

thanks every1. I'll check it out at the pharmacy. In my case, since I'm not using a nail clipper, once I notice there is a drop of blood, I can stop right away.
