of my bunnies falling off the ramp and getting injured on their new 2 storey hutch? Has anyone ever had any problems, so far they have discovered they have another level to go on.

I've never had any problems with any of mine, including a very old man, new to the ramp.
As they get used to it, they will always be aware of the hole. I'm sure they will be fine. If you are really worried put them in early in the morning and watch them all day, and you should see that they cope well with it (even if they do need teaching).
