Buns eating lavender plants

Wise Old Thumper
I have quite a bit of lavender in my garden which the buns like to eat. I have started cutting a sprig off and putting it in their runs. Is lavener OK for them and how much should they be allowed to eat?

Lola loves the stuff - the smellier the better!

I recently bought some Timothy Hay and it had a sprig of lavender in it so I guess it is OK for them - I grow it in the garden especially for Lola.:D

Lavender is absolutely okay for buns. All of mine eat it as a treat.

I tend to give them one or two flower stalks a day of one sprig of leaf growth.

It's a herby plant so not a problem but as with all things, introduce gently to bunnies and only small amounts little and often.

Good.

I thought it was OK for them as mine often raid the plants but until the other day I have never pulled sprigs off and put it in their runs (so I've never actively encouraged them to eat it) but will do from now on.

Thanks

Rabs
