I have 2 male rabbits who sniff each other and try to mate when I try to introduce them (yes, they're definitely both boys). I always separate them then because im afraid they'll hurt each other and I put one on one side of their playpen and one on the other side and they then leave against each other (with the fence of the playpen between them). they show no agression.. its just they keep trying to mate each other.
So what are the chances that if i keep them together (supervising them of course) that they'll stop mating and get along? Iknow that if I have them neutered they'll stop but my parents dont want to do that atm (they procrastinate  ) so in the meantime it'd be great if they got along so both of them could have free range of my bedroom (right now i alternate them).
they were together since 8 wks pr so when we bought them (thy may've been brothers too) and then after they matured they started the mating thing..
