I've been watching almost every rabbit videos
in youtube, coupled with seeing signatures from
the members in this forum and i notice 1 thing in common...

... almost ALL the rabbits i saw are black and white in color.
Black eyes and ears and white body with some black dots.

I wonder if its just a trend?
Or did god somehow decided that most rabbits should
be of that color instead? I hardly see any other color :(
(Brown if you're lucky)

Amongst 3 of my rabbits, 2 of 'em are black and white
and they're very identical to each other except 1 has
black patch on her nose~

I think you're just noticing a trend in the ones you've seen. Bunnies come in loads of different colours (see my signature for a couple). I work at a vets and have never noticed black & white being overly common.

Definately think it's a trend you've noticed. I have an all white rabbit, an all black rabbit, a harliquin/magpie coloured rabbit and a white and brown spotted rabbit and a white and brown dutch =]

How does this colors thingy
appear in young rabbits then?

Like...... if say the father's white
and the mother's black, will you get
baby bunnies that are of white+black mix?

Or perhaps brown bunnies?

I have six bunnies ... and none of them are black and white!! Buns come in ALL colours, shapes and sizes ... just look at people's siggies!

[Dizzy, the B & W bun in my siggie is now at Rainbow Bridge :(]

Not sure exactly how the genes work but you would probably end up with a couple black ones, a couple white ones and lots of mixed ones

i do realise that rabbits in the UK have more varieties of colors.
Here in singapore, you'd get white, white and black, brown, grey if you're lucky :(

i wonder if there's such a thing as a PINK rabbit XD

I have 3 buns and none are black and white. i have one grey and white one (in avator) one all black and one ginger (not sure what proper colour is known as)

From what ive seen on this fom I havent even noticed many black and whites.

 They could've tried a bit harder with the Photoshop! the pic of the bunny with the vet is hysterical, coloured in with a pink felt tip, anyone?!

People will be disapointed paying all out for a pink rabbit that is actualy white. Whats wrong with people that they have to scam.
