Dying with eyes open.

Its always been on my mind, as Star did, but as it was my birthday, i had some friends over and they were popping balloons in the living room (she was upstairs in my room with door shut) but im still going through the "what if?" phase, what if it was a heart attack, what if no one had popped any balloons? etc =/
 
I would think if they can sleep with their eyes open then if they pass in their sleep their eyes will stay open.

Poor Puff, she was beautiful.:(
 
I've never seen my bunnies sleep so to speak with their eyes closed appart from when they were babies. When i've had bunnies put to sleep their eyes were always open. I just thought rabbits slept with their eyes open?
