I have the same problem with my black (and shiny) piggys!
To get the picture below I held her up with my back to the window and took the picture without a flash - as it just reflects off her coat.

Thanks for all the tips I'll have to try again.
As for the cat that's as close as he's getting, if she moves he'll be off.:lol::lol::lol::lol:
He's been scared of her since he was a tiny kitten and still isn't sure, if she moves and goodness help him if she actually hops towards him.:roll::lol:
