and me r doing my tv license for uni, £47 for a bw tele, £136 for colour.im a media student so i need my tele!

"why dont u get a black and white tv n just use that'

I have a 19 inch tele and surrounf sound in my room tht im taking n she wants me to get a cheap black and white tele?!?!

:wave: lol!i cant imagine trying to watch the tv in black and white!!
Im at uni and usually pay the tv license in installments (think it was about £36 every 3 months last year) it made it easier than paying it all in one go!

not insure, have a license to watch tele in the first place.

if you have a colour tv its £136, if its black and white its £40 something

Yeah I was thinking that too :lol:

I had a B&W telly at uni, you do get used to it quite quickly, and then colour seems really abnormal :lol:

also - iirc if oyu have a digi box then you have to have a colour license, cos of new rules etc.
