Is it a frog or a toad? found it in my garden tonight

Looks the same as Jeremy who lives in my garden and he is a frog I think. I think toads have much fatter bellys and yukky looking :lol: thats my scientific opinion :lol:
 
Well this one looked different to the other frogs in the garden, he was very fat especially round his tummy and his skin was very, very bumpy
 
That's a toad :lol:

Frogs are smooth and tend to look wetter where as toads have bumpy skin and unless they've just been fished out of water look drier.
