behaviour question??

my two does are both young and i have housed them next to each other from day one. There both coming upto the age to be spayed and they both always run down to the run to greet each other (i think) Miffy especially scratches at the mesh on bunnies side. I am hopeing this is a good sign and not that she wants to fight. They also seem to hop about at each other and run around. Has anybody got any more tips to help the bonding process go smoothly when the time comes?

I forgot to mention though that when they were in the sheds and i let one of them out they did try and fight through the mesh but i am hopeing they have calmed down now. :?
