some of you may remember me posting about Kimmy having a wet chin last week, well I took her to my local vet who said he could feel slight swelling in her mouth. He gave her a painkiller and then said if she started eating that evening to cancel the appointment he had made for her the following morning. Kimmy ate and drunk a fair bit so I did as the vet advised but really wasnt sure what to do.
Kimmy continued to eat over the weekend but I have noticed she is avoiding using one side of her mouth to chew and her right eye is a little runny. I have been in touch with the RSPCA where I adopted Kimmy throughout this and they have been fab!!
They have told me I can take Kimmy to their vet tommorow where they will put her under anaesthetic and have a good look at her mouth. I am nervous and really hope Kimmy doesnt fall out with me because of it but hopefully they will be able to find out whats wrong.
I have only had Kimmy two weeks and she has brought so much to our home! So lets hope she is ok tommorow. Thank you all for your advice before it really helped!
