The wrong treatment could make your rabbit worse or mean your vet is unable to give the correct treatment because of drug interactions. Thoughts for my Flopsey bunny

I took Flopsey bunny in to be spade this morning. I am dead nervous as I lost a bun under GA so please keep her in you thoughts.

Just to let you know that I have just heard from the vet and Flopsey has come through the GA and is doing well.
Now just have to see how she goes in the next couple of days as I lost another one of my girlys after she had her op.I be calling you Kayj if I get worried.
I can't wait to get her home later:D

Glad your girlie is ok, I knew she would be, Tell Flopsy her sister Izzy is doing fine and sends her a big snuggle:love:

My Huppie went in yesterday as well so I am also feeling the panic!

I hope Flopsey is doing well. Huppie is ok but I am worrying she isn't eating enough.

How anyone has babies when we are like this with rabbits I don't know!

*Positive eating vibes to Flopsey*

She seems fine she hasn't eaten very much just abit of carrot but she is pooing ok.it was quite entertaining giving her anti botics this morning and got to give her that twice daily for a week so that should be fun. I keep you updated on how she goes and I call you if I am worried kayj.many thanks again for your help hugs.

I hope your bunny will be ok too.

Isn't it weird giving antibiotics. My vet told me to wrap her in a towel and shove a syringe in her mouth. He was really worried I wouldn't be able to syringe her because I am an emotional mum! (The cheek of the man - he told me Huppie wasn't my baby, as if ) The syringe is no problem it is wrapping her in a towel so she doesn't struggle which is the fun part!

How do you do it?

Glad all seems good so far!

I know what you mean I have a 2 day old kitten that I am fostering at the moment and even though its only 2 days old it half wriggles lol.

How dare he say it wasn't your baby silly man of course all your pets are your babies what ever next

I hope Flopsey is doing well, I have just given Huppie her second load of meds and she is far from pleased - it was much tougher than this morning, I hope Flopsey is more amenable!
