I'm going to be blunt here - If the only space you have to put a rabbit is on top of a chest of drawers then I don't believe a rabbit is the pet for you as there aren't many cages that will fit a chest of drawers, not one that has enough space anyway.
A cage should be about 3 times the length of the bun (approx) and high enough for the bun to stand upright. I believe that cage wise, a large dog crate is best, from 42" onwards.
But I have seen a
few decent cages online, though not any that will fit on a chest of drawers as I said. Please look around and see if there's anywhere else that you can place a cage, even if it means moving a few things around.
Please bear in mind that it's in your rabbit's best interest that you get them neutured/spayed and then get them a friend as rabbits are social animals and thrive with their own kind. Therefore you'd need to invest in a larger cage anyway, even if you were to get a smaller one at first.
Make sure there is plenty of room for them to get exercise everyday too. Where would they be able to do so?
Bunnies also cost ALOT each month though they are believed to be rather cheap to look after. I end up having to spend about £80 a month on food, hay, litter, wood chews, etc. As well as vaccinations and vet check ups.
This website has a few decent cages. Please bear in mind that you WILL need to pay a lot for a decent cage, don't settle for a small one because it's cheaper.

My favourites are -
De-Luxe Bunny Chalet
Super Chalet
You can also use pens which are great and very roomy, just make sure to get something to cover the top such as mesh as some bunnies jump out with ease.

I recommend the Leisure Play Pen.
