It's easy!
If the bun is 2.5Kg or less they get one graduation, if they're between 2.5Kg & 5Kg they have two, and so on.

They will ask if you've used it before. If you're happy to administer it, if you're the intended person the product is for. They'll cover storage, what to do if any reactions etc etc.
Very run of the mill questions. It's just that as an SQP we have to ask and inform as required by law.
