metacam question

now i saw it said dogs on the label but didnt question is it as i was os worried about my boy, and thenw hen ir ealise di thought, well i always heard people on here refer 2 metacam so it must be correct...


but on that website it says 'for dogs ONLY'

im worried....is this correct

Metacam is not licenced for use in rabbits yet. It was only licenced for dogs but has recently been licenced for cat use too even though it has been widley used on cats for years

Yup, thats the stuff. My Santolina loved it so much I started to wonder what was in it! It helped her cope with her dental problems, worked a treat and never saw any side effects. She only had it following treatment and once for some other illness so no long term use.
My cat takes the cat version now and then for her arthritis.It's a more dilute version so easier to give to smaller animals as it is dosed according to body mass.
