Went Shopping..Double Checking

Ok i bought Alafalfa Sprouts,fresh spinach,fresh parsley and asaparagues. Molly can eat all these?

she can BUT not if she's never had them before or recently - so any new veg or fruit must be given cautiously - just a mouthful, and only one new type of food at a time - the amount can be increased gradually over 2 weeks - if you rush it you can regret it.
