someone asked me this and i wasnt sure, they were asking about the pdsa vets and rspca asking what benefits entitle them to free vet care, i couldnt help :roll:

dont know if i have this right but some offer reduced rates or free treatment if u have housing/council benifit i think please correct me if i m wrong
 
yes i think you can im sure they said they got income support or jobseekers i cant remember:lol::roll:
