Q. about parasites in grass areas

I have a big lawned area which I use for exercising the rabbits. The runs for my own rabbits are on one side of the lawn, and the runs for the fosters are on the other side.

I've been wondering if organisms such as coccidia and E.C. could move through the soil to infect the whole lawn, even if an affected rabbit has only been on a small part of it?

Don't worry...no outbreaks of anything nasty here...just a question I've been pondering to myself.

Not sure on that one but I guess in theory it could happen, especially in very wet conditions :?
