Poop removal!

Max my white mini lop has managed to get a bit of poop stuck on his chest what should I use to get it off properly - I got the main bit off but he is really wriggly so couldn't do a proper job but what should I use to clean it properly?

I have used baby wipes before.

Ive never had it stuck to Ty's chest it has been stuck to his bum. I ended up using an old razors beard trimmer bit!! Whether you would want to use a clipper on the chest i dont know but i know that the hair would grow back.
