Hicupping and second coat

Hi folks,

Just wondered do bunnies get the hiccups? Both my rabbits at some point have been lying down and moving their head in such a way that it looks as if they have hiccups!

Also Sammy is a year old, he has a very long coat, it gets matted if not brushed and trimmed but over the last month or so it looks as if he is growing a smoother coat. The matts that I am cutting out seem to be a lot more fluffly. So my question is do rabbits lose their baby hair and grow a smoother coat?

Bugsy gets hiccups sometimes.He doesnt actually hiccup as in noise you just whatch him and see him hiccup hiccup hiccup.

Barley often makes a noise and moves herhead in time like hiccups
