Sarah has a malignancy effecting her Respiratory Tract. She has been kept comfortable on a sort of Chemotherapy regime for the last 2 months. But today she is showing signs that the end is near :cry: She is not in pain or 'suffering' as such, but her poor frail body is starting to shut down :cry:

Please send some vibes for my beautiful Sarah

Sarah is a very gentle Bun and has been so brave. She is still eating well but the weight is dropping off her and she now requires a lot more meds. I will not allow her to suffer .........
