Zooplus help

i was on zooplus and my pc froze on the payment bit, i had put in my card details but there was 2 more steps to go until it was complete...

so if i do it again...am i paying twice? or do i leave it? :?

Did you press to confirm your order? and have they sent you an order confirmation? If not then I would do it again.

When its properly complete you get a message saying thank you. You may find that the item is still sitting in your shopping basket too.

Have you had an email to confirm order and/or payment? If not, I'd put it through again and maybe email them to tell them what has happened, just in case.

no i didnt get any confirmation, no thank u for the order and my bank balance is the same
