Bonding new boy to group of 3 boys?

Hi

I was wondering what was the best way to bond a new young un neutered boy (mini lop) to my existing group of 3 boys (2 mini lops neutered and 1 nethie un-neutered but sterile)?

The 3 get on very very well and are between 9 months and a year old.
