help and advice on spay please

Right i have found a vet who will spey my rabbit who is called rabbit she as been pestering humping stanly who is neutered.
Rabbit is over 5 no illness health problems anything fit and well.
How does the spey work do tey have to be split up then rebonded does she need to be kept away until healed etc
