I joined about 2 days ago however how do I register for the online tools, it asks for my username but I haven't set one up and don't know how? I need to be a member so i joined but that still doesn't tell me how to register?

I have just managed to log into the shop, but cannot access the member area, so that proves the theory that it's the same log in wrong :?

I joined a few weeks ago, my login information came in the post. Your username is the membership number and the password was on a piece of paper.

Call the helpline if you can't find it
