I've seen these in the flesh and they look pretty but I think you can do better for good space for bunnies. The hutch part doesn't allow the buns to do consecutive hops and the whole run is only 51/2 ft long, which wouldn't suit as permanent accommodation or pass a homecheck with a rescue centre.
I think that you get better value with a shed. You said you would need two; a shed with a permanent divider down the middle would probably make more sense if you have limited space. You could then make an upper living area/shelf and give good length (6-8ft).
