Tinsel
Wise Old Thumper
Hello all
Just to ask advice - had a lonely neutered five year old netherland x (he'd lost his friend a few months ago) and decided to take the plunge and get him some friends from rabbit rescues. Big introductions yesterday, no hostility, just some sniffing and rabbity stuff. This morning he and Drusilla (black standard rex) hopping round together as if they've been friends for life. Two baby male rabbits keeping each other company in hutch; firm friends and too young yet to be neutered. The other two girls are being more cautious but gradually starting to explore. One is seriously overweight but hopping round a large garden should help with that (previously she was kept in a tiny cage in a shed). Any advice/anything to look out for? I'm hoping they'll share the same shed and all live happily ever after - does that sound feasible?
