I just gave the big buns some mangetout and while I did I put my orange on the floor. As I was giving some to Nigel, Gladys stole my orange, rolled it around the floor and then took a couple of large bites out of the skin.

Anyone know if this is ok?

i think he'll be fine.....the peel is a bit tough to digest but as long as he has lots of hay and water it should pass through fine.....the essential oils might give his coat a nice glossy sheen and i doubt there is enough to cause him a runny tummy.

Hey

Orange peel is fine for rabbits. my rabbits get the occasional piece of orange peel and they love it! as long as the outside of the orange is washed its fine as a treat.
