Dandelions definately okay, not sure about daisies. No to buttercups

Im about to cut the grass.. would it be wise to pick a few of the yellow dandelions to store to feed him as treats?
i've always known dandelion leaves are fine, just wasnt sure on the actual yellow flower part

Yes I believe they can eat the dandelion flower 
goodness they are their favourite part! lol yes they can eat daisies and can eat dandilions in whole mine eat the leaves then nibble up the stem and finsih with the flower! its quite cute! i always pick them before mowing front lawn and put in fridge for them they dont last too long but a few days (bout 3-4)
