When should i try to get bunny walking again?

Kermit

Wise Old Thumper
Hi all,

Ive had loads of advice on here for my wee bunny with head tilt.

Just wondered if anyone had any opinions on when i should try to encourage him to walk.....he is managing to stand up a wee bit...but then walks in a circle.

Should i try to get him on the carpet and walking, or just leave him for a while.

Been only two days since the head tilt first came.

Thanks in advance

Kirsty

As he gets better he will probably try and do it himself - I would leave it till then.
Perhaps just make sure he has enough area to try walking if he wants to. If he is currently in a confined space with padding try putting that within a larger area (you may be looking at getting a large indoor run/cage for the duration as he will not be outdoors again for a while).

Good Luck!!

Thanks for your advice......he is a house bunny anyways, so has an indoor cage.
