Museli Mix

Does anyone know if museli mix contains additives and colourings? If so can it cause hyperactivity in rabbits? Can rabbits suffer from hyperactivity?
My bun is currently on a mix, and i am in the process of swapping him to pellets. At the moment he is very hyperactive and i just wondered if it could be food related or if that was just his personality. :wave:

Some mixes do contain food colourings and additives, although I'm not sure how much of an effect they would have. It could just be your rabbit though, one of mine is very laid back but the other is bonkers!

I'd guess they use colourings as some of the bits are quite highly coloured.

What is your bunny doing that makes you think he's hyper??

Nothing really, he's just a bit loopy at times :lol::lol: it might just be his personality starting to come through, but i just thought i'd ask as i didn't know if bunnies could become hyper.
