Can anyone help me design a hutch?

I am wanting to design my own hutch on paper/computer. Is anyone good at doing this? I know what I want it to look like and the measurements but just don't know how to design it on paper. What programmes can I use? Can anyone help? I want it to be something like these.

My step dad has agreed to help me build one but I need a plan of exactly what I want!
