Food bowls - why bother?

I gave Mallow & Storm a few handfuls of hay, putting it into their blue food tray. I turn my back for half a minute to tidy the room. Now I know they like their hay fresh out of the bag but the stuff in their bowl had only been there 30 seconds so there was really no need to help themselves from the bag instead :lol:

:lol::lol: Mine are like that, always have their heads in the bag and eat out of it whilst I'm topping up, last week Charlie was munching on his pellets then noticed the open box of dust free hay and jumped in it, I really wish I caught him on camera.
