Find a local rescue, probably within half an hours drive if possible but no more than an hour. You or the rescue might be transporting them back and forward quite a big for neutering/jabs/potential owners.
I started fostering for Fat fluffs becuase I adopted for Chloaster & she adopted me into bunny pizza night. She came round to see how honey was doing and got a call whilst she was here about some buns about to be dumped that she didn't have room for. The rest, as they say........
Talk to them about hutch/run sizes. I generally do house fostering or have a hutch/run combo for one or two little uns.
Try and spend some time with them. I spend usually about 40+ minutes a day with them doing all the feed/hay/water and so on but also trying to socialise. It is obviously easier when they are shacked up in the bathroom.
Take lots of photos and start a thread on RU to show how wonderful they are
Buy a lot of tissues when they are going to leave and make sure you get your next bunny ASAP to fill the hole.
Try and foster unfreindly ugly bunnys to begin with :lol::lol::lol: it might prevent you joining the failer foster club.
