6 unread messages?

I just saw on top of the site that I had 6 unread messages...which was odd since I hadn't gotten any email about it. But when I checked it out I saw this:

Check out the date! :shock: I've deleted them now but still...is it some kind of glitch? Has it happened to anyone else?
