Post held back for moderation?

I just posted on a thread and get a message that my post was held back pending moderator approval. Is this usual? I didn't use any abusive language or tone, and was following the feel of the thread - what I wrote was very unlikely to cause distress to anyone.

If it's just a normal procedure that's cool, just wonder if I've done something wrong as all my other posts didn't get this message? :roll:

Hiya, there is one forum area with delicate subjects which I guess would probably warrant every post going through moderation. Unless the whole thread you have posted on is. Sorry not much help.

Where did you post? If it was in the hot topics section in welfare then they are all moderated.
