What insurance is needed and what companies provide it to rescues?

we have £1m public liability insurance but finding one that covers animal rescues is hard. These were our quotes based on either 1-2m PLI. Some have trustee insurance & usually employee (also needed for volunteers) insurance is another £50 on top of that.
