Both of my boys are not yet neutered. One isaround 4 months the other around 6. When they come out to run around can they be let out together?? I'm worried about fighting and bonding and stuff as I'm new to the pairs/groups of buns thing.
Any Help would be greatly appreciated

I wouldn't recommend even attempting to introduce them until they are neutered and given several weeks for their hormones to settle!! Could be a very nasty fight otherwise

Definately agree, that you need to get them both neutered ASAP, they are both old enough and give them a few weeks and then pair them up on neutral territory.

Thats great!! I just wanted to make sure, though tbh, now it seems like a well stupid question haha.
Thanks :D:thumb:

Hello!!! hopefully i can help as im in the same position and have posted quite a few threads about it on here if u fancy having a search!! my two..alfie 16week n Bobby about 10 are still unneutred and i have them in cages side by side in my kitchen..i let them outside together whenever i am there to hop about! alfie is the dominant one who iv had a little longer..he constantly humps and pulls boobs fur but he doesnt mind! i was really worried at first after everyone saying boys dont mix but after hearing some positive comments and sucess stories i introduced them on neutral ground..my hall and soon they were relaxed lying about a foot from each other spread out so obviosly accepting of each others presence.....! good start! so i continued and they are fine! iv been told to get them both castrated asap and so am taking them together at same time soon and keeping them together during recovery as iv heard only a short time apart can mean you need to re-bond!
All i can say is take it slow...give them toys and places to go on the neutral meeting ground...iv had bobby a week and am still not leaving them unsupervised yet until im certain they have bonded. I let them out seperatly and they sniff each others cages and when together they hop in and out of each others cages often relaxing in opposite ones! grass is always greener eah! ha and last nyt they were eating from the same bowl!!!!
give it a go and keep an eye out! iv heard if they are young and not seperated there is a good chance of them being friends!
good luck!
