Im weighing up whether hutch or shed... if shed, it will be 4ft x 3ft with shelves etc

I'd say go for a shed. They have more head height and usually don't work out any more expensive. Plus there will be more room if you decide to get the mini lop a friend in the future

I have an 8ft x 6ft shed... but i still need half fo storage...

im going with 2 6ft hutches - 1 on top of eachother. 2.5 ft tall, 2.5ft deep.
