Consider writing up a disclaimer form to protect you against any damages, injury or illness which may occur during the process.

For example:

I, the undersigned, hereby agree that Happy Hoppers Rabbit Rescue or any member of this organisation cannot and will not be held accountable for any injury, illness or damage caused to either my animal or property during the bonding period.

Furthermore I agree to allow Happy Hoppers, a member of this organisation or a party acting on its behalf to obtain veterinary treatment for my animal should it be required.

I understand I am liable to pay all charges for any such service rendered and that my details may be held on account by the participating veterinary practice to secure such payment.

I understand Happy Hoppers will provide a full and valid receipt for all veterinary services rendered and will seek to inform me at the earliest opportunity of any need for veterinary intervention arising.

I understand that Happy Hoppers or a member acting on its behalf is liable to pay any treatment required by the animal I seek to adopt until such time that I have completed an adoption contract and that animal becomes my legal property, from which point on the wellbeing of the animal becomes my sole responsibility.

I offer bonding help even if the people haven't had a rescue bun off me and as for a minimum donation of £10 to the rescue for a days bonding, Or I will do a weekend bonding for people which is a slightly higher fee than my normal weekend boarding rate.

we bond for free ....its peace of mind that the buns are happy and sorted ....

charging a small fee could be an idea though  although to be fair lots of people leave an extra donation anyway ;)

We bond our own buns for free..
We do have enquiries asking us to bond rabbits not acquired from us and for this we would ask for a nominal donation

Are there any rescues in Herts that offer this service?
