Neutering

Ok, Fishcake (the boy) is going in to be neutered tomorrow, as we don't want any little ones (there are enough homeless buns without us accidentally breeding more). So wish him luck for tomorrow please.

Should we also get Haggis (the girl) neutered too, I did read that there are health benefits to having a doe neutered, is this right?

Yep, definitely get your girlie done too. Makes them much less territorial and stops then going through the misery of phantom pregnancies. Also eliminates the risks of uterine/ovarian cancer ... so well worth it

yeah and Fishcake will still be fertile for 5 or 6 weeks after his op too, so they still need to be seperate - although you probably knew that, I'm paranoid about accidental litters
