advice on moving a rabbit

Hi there,

Need some advice, will be moving from Ireland to Norfolk in September and it'll be a total journey of 8hours. A bit worried about our bunny, any ideas on the best way to transport her?
 
There are a couple of people who have taken theirs abroad on a ferry.
Can you do the journey in phases? I know long bunny runs are done up and down the country I think these involve overnight stops.
