rabbit behaviour advisory group?

Has anyone ever tried this group or something similar for rabbits experiencing problems with their previously well established bond? If so was it any good?

They seem to be rabbit behaviour experts, apparently they take referrals from your vet and you visit one of their centres. Or they offer a telephone support service. I'm not sure if the pet insurance company will fund this?
