I found pumpkin on the safe list in FAQ but it didn't mention the seeds...;)

Generally I go by the rules that if they wouldn't find it in the wild I don't feed it - includes biscuity treats, toast crusts, etc. They probably wouldn't really come across many pumpkins in the wild, let alone the seeds
