how long after a bond can i handle

Well, we are 99% bonded, and cus Bailey is new to us, we are not sure how much he has been handled... i want to get him used to being handled for vet trips etc but just wondered how long should I leave it before i pick him up?

i don't want lilly to reject him...

he could do with a brush too as hes abit scruffy x
