Grass seeds....

Can I put grass seeds down on the lawn on the baldy patches or would they be dangerous for the rabbits.

I am also going to grass the borders after taking the plants out and wondered if I would be better to turf rather than seed as rabbits do get a good hour in main garden as well as their all day run.

Sorry if its a silly question.
