Hi,
if you mean to change your picture on the left hand side (your Avatar) then just do the following:

This is may look a bit long but it's not complicated, just read this & do it as you read it, it's really easy :D

There only 2 steps to it but there are 2 different ways to do it, which is why this looks long:?

Go to quick links on the green bar along the top of the screen, select 'edit profile', then on the left hand menu select 'edit avatar'.

If the image you want to use is on the internet, simply add the URL of that image. You can easily obtain this by right clicking the image, select 'properties' & up near the top of the grey box that pops up it says 'Address: URL', highlight & copy the full details that will start 'http://' (this may be more than 2 lines of text & will usually end in .jpg, .bmp, .gif)
Now paste this into the first box that starts 'http://' (paste over the text in this box, as you will have already copied the 'http://' part).

If it is an image on your PC, click the 'browse' button & locate the image, click it & click 'open'. That should be it!!!
This image has size limitations, to check this, keep the pointer still over the image you want & it will tell you the dimensions & image size, just so you know it will fit.:D

Now just save your avatar:D
