This is cross posted from another forum:

A friend of mine's Mum has had to move into supported living (flats for older people where you have a warden), and is not allowed to take her two cats with her. They are currently being fostered by friends who are emigrating soon and won't be able to keep them, so they urgently need a new home.

Roo is female, 12 years old, all black, and a bit timid until she gets to know you.

Piglet is male, 16 years old, black with a white tummy, and is friendly.

They have both been neutured, but haven't got up to date injections. They are streetsmart outdoor cats who have lived next to a fairly busy road their whole lives. The need to go together to a quiet home to enjoy their retirement. I can get pictures if anyone's interested to see them, and I expect they're willing to travel a fair way for the right new owner, they're currently in the GU17 postal area.

So if anyone can help these poor old moggies find a quiet retirement home, without young kids, please pm me!:)

Bless them, that's such a shame for them and their owner :(
Good luck with finding them a new loving, forever home.

Got six myself so out of the question....

Hiya.

Sadly I can't take them myself as my house is a bit full but I live in GU20 and work in the GU47 area at a vets with a group practice of 6 branches across the GU's. If you can make a flyer and e-mail it across to me with a photo and some words, I will post it on our public notice board.

PM me if you are interested in going down this route.
