what hay is this?

a friend gave us some hay that came with her guinea pigs when she bought them.

my rex will not eat any hay apart from this.... i have taken a picture to see if anyone knows what it is, and where i can get some.

my rex is a runt and has lots of tummy problems, i am currently syringe feeding her water, every hour to keep her fluids up, so it was a great relief to see her eating some fibre...

Looks like Timothy Hay to me Very nice and sweet smelling green stuff!

I get mine from The Hay Experts, I use the Alfalfa King one, Bobbin loves it

the strands looks a bit logner than i would expect for dried grass :? has it got like furry catkin thingies in it?



if your bunny is reluctant to eat hay you could try getting a sample pack of diffferent types and seeing which she prefers. good luck x xx
